- TaxonWorks Weekly Plus Calendar: add TaxonWorks Weekly events to your calendar now. Three options for you:
- Get this shareable calendar link if you want to import into your Google calendar and have live updates. (For this link to work you must have a google account and be logged in. You'll be asked to Add Calendar and then to change to your Time Zone).
- Use this ics file to import into your calendar. (Only updates if you re-download, if we make any changes on our end).
- Use this Public URL to see the TaxonWorks Weekly Plus Calendar (Chicago TIME). (It's not pretty, but it works without login, and updates with any changes made on our end).

All these unconference-style Open Session events are on Wednesdays at the same time every week. The flexible agendas are set by those attending the meetings. Open 2024
- What: Help build the TaxonWorks Community. All TaxonWorks-related topics welcome in all sessions. Open Sessions are held each Wednesday. We alternate weeks having one session, and the following week having two.

Nomenclature
- What: TaxonWorks excels at digitizing nomenclature and its metadata. The agenda is set by users with specific questions and use cases. In addition we highlight new functionality related to digitization of nomenclature. Sessions are sometimes class-like for part of the time. Downstream sessions are planned with collaborators according to their needs and the general discussion that occurs in these meetings.

Digitization
- What: Help grow a community of digitization expertise around TaxonWorks. A 1-2 hr monthly open question and answer session with a focus on natural history specimen digitization using TaxonWorks. The agenda is set by those with specific questions. Updates to TaxonWorks are briefly covered. Design and discussion of new functionality frequently happens.

- What: TaxonWorks supports building matrices. Join us in this 1-2 hr monthly open session focusing on building and using matrices and observations tools in TaxonWorks. Your questions set the agenda. Design and discussion of new functionality frequently happens.
